A: We accept Cash-Pay, Credit Card and Zelle.
A: All services with practitioners will be the cash rate upfront. We can provide you with a 'superbill' to submit a claim on your end for direct reimbursement from your insurance company. A superbill is an itemized receipt with all necessary insurance coding needed to submit a claim yourself to your insurance company for direct reimbursement or have your visits apply towards your deductible.
